Chef Brendan T. Jones is the Executive Chef at Naskila Gaming in Livingston, Texas. Originally from Bellflower, CA, in 2012, Chef Brendan graduated from California’s College of Culinary Arts, Le Cordon Bleu. While working with exclusive catering companies from Los Angeles to Hollywood, Chef Brendan developed his passion for foods from around the world and desired to share his creations with guests and clients.
In 2019, he moved to Texas to help a friend open a restaurant and was eager to explore his options in his new home state. The day he walked in the doors at Naskila, he knew he had found a place to call ‘home’. After serving a year as Executive Sous Chef and helping guide his team through an eventful year in 2020, Chef Brendan was soon promoted to Executive Chef in June of 2021.
